Urgent Notice on Temporary Measures for the On-line Passport and Visa Applications

Starting from December 8, 2018, the On-line Passport and Visa Application System of the Embassy of China in Ethiopia has encountered some technique problems and applicants may have difficulty in logging in the system for appointments. With a view to assuring the smooth and convenient applications for the applicants, the Embassy will take some temporary measures during the period:

1. If applicants have already successfully applied on-line, please come to the Consular Section of the Embassy at the appointed time to submit your application.

2. If applications fail to apply on-line, please come to the Consular Section of the Embassy and apply directly at the reception.

Once the technical problem is solved, the temporary measures will be canceled and we will keep you informed.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
